Scholarship Program

The ASE Scholarship Program exists to help remove financial barriers for families in need in order to allow more participation in soccer to as many youth as possible.

 

Criteria

• Assistance available for families with incomes below $45,000
• Additional hardship circumstances will be considered
• Completed application must be on file
• Awarded on an annual basis
• Any previous club balances must be paid in full
• Maximum 5 players per team

Scholarship Awards

• Scholarship Awards of up to $140.00 per eligible player are available
• Scholarship Funds will be allocated to the players account balance and can only be used for the final payment of club fees.
• Awards are available on an annual basis as Scholarship Funds are available
• Forms must be submitted online by June 30.
• Applications will be reviewed by July 15 for approval or denial.

• Application is confidential and viewed only by Scholarship Committee

Fundraising Options

• ASE will supply families and teams with fundraising options to offset additional club expenses (uniforms, tournament fees, travel, etc.)
• Teams are encouraged to raise additional funds through team sponsorships and team fundraising. Team sponsorships are divided equally amongst the team to reduce individual player costs. Team fundraising is based upon the amount of players participating in the fundraising. Players may also get individual sponsorships for their portion of the costs.
