A team manager assists the coach with team functionality. He or she has many organizational and communicative responsibilities such as making sure the team is appropriately enrolled in tournaments, communicating league game information to the team and opposing managers, reporting scores, providing required documents at matches and tournaments, delegating responsibilities, and general team flow management.
